Double room available to rent due to a good friend moving out of the house share, so would be living with myself. I'm a busy business owner and local firefighter, open minded and get along with everyone. Sociable but recognise having your own space is important too. Laid back, relaxed household with good sense of humour.

Good sized double room (3.40m x 2.92m - bedroom 2 on plan) available overlooking the garden. Fully furnished and ready to move into.
Shared areas include; upstairs bathroom and toilet, spare small 3rd bedroom (more a study/office), open plan downstairs lounge leading to large kitchen/diner. Secluded back garden, nice patio areas, grass lawn and large dry shed for storage. Off road/on drive parking. House located towards the end of a cul-de-sac well away from the main road.

2 minute walk from local bus stop. On the outskirts of Mayfield village.
