Main part of downstairs house used for some creative arts events. Currently has 2 regular small art classes each week. This is a separate space and art visitors do not have access to private room areas.

NB: this is all inclusive of bills and council tax and rented under a 'lodger' agreement rather than a shorthand tenancy as part of the main house, however it is entirely separate and very private. The only shared element is the washing machine space.
