Homely shared house in Mayfield

2 spaces available for rent in. large country house on the edge of the beautiful village of Mayfield, East Sussex. House is 15 minute walk to centre of village.

Looking for 2 new lodgers to join 2 professional housemates already there. There is another lodger in a self contained part of the house.
Current lodgers are very clean, tidy and respectful. Gender of new lodgers not important but must be respectful, clean and tidy. ideally a professional who works typical hours to compliment other lodgers.

Room/ Space 1: Exclusive use of 1x double bedroom & 1 small study/ dressing room (pic includes single bed which will not be there)

Room 2: 1 x large bedroom with King-sized bed.- photo currently shows room as a living area - this is being changed. (nb - this room has folding glass doors which will be misted and have an internal curtain for privacy.

Both spaces are furnished with simple furniture - but space for own additions.

Shared kitchen/ dining area and small snug area with woodturner at bottom of stairs..
Both rooms would share a bathroom with one clean tidy professional male lodger.

£600pcm - all inclusive of council tax, all bills and broadband.
Good/ free parking.

FYI - Minimum lodger agreement for 3 months. May need to sell house at some point later in the year but if this happens will give at least 2 months notice.
