Double room in student house

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I am having to give up my huge double room in a 4 bed house on Widdicombe Way. There are 3 other girls living there (2 first years, 1 second year) who are super lovely and the house is really nice! There is a shared kitchen, separate lounge, one bathroom and a huge garden with free on road parking too. The room comes with a double bed, a large wardrobe, a desk, a chair and a small set of drawers. The rent is £540 a month excluding bills. Bills are roughly £60-£65 so it works out at around £600 per month. The room is available for someone to move in ASAP! You need a UK guarantor.
