Since my housemates are finishing their studies, I am looking for three new people to move in starting from 1st September in a house in Moulsecoomb. It is in 5 min walking distance from Lewes road, ideal for students from Sussex or Brighton University. The 49 has a stop 2 min away from the house.
The house is fully furnished with a shared living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom. There is a sunny west faced garden with view on the hills, perfect during a lockdown ;)
So far the house has always been kept tidy and I'd hope to keep it that way :)
About myself: I am a PhD student from Germany and studying in my second year at Sussex. I enjoy music, travelling or going for walks. Most of the times I will be working on my studies but I like to socialise and hit a pub every now and then as well!
