Lovely room for rent in a house located in Moulsecoomb. The 2 floors house comprises of 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 bathroom and a storage room. It is quite modern with main appliances provided (fridge, washing machine, dryer, hoover and dishwasher).

It comes half furnished and the room for rent has a double size bed. The house is rented through the agency Coapt. As my flatmate is moving out, we are looking for someone to move in. No pets or smokers allowed (rules in Coapt contract). Ideally looking for a student at either Sussex or Brighton as I am a last year student at the University of Sussex.

The house is rented under an 11 months contracted which started on the 25/07/20 and ends on the 17/07/21. The rent is £671.5 per person per month NOT including bills and a deposit of £750 is required.
