Single room available from march £380

Hi! I'm a postgraduate student at the university of Sussex, since I’m not living in Brighton anymore, I’m urgently looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a single bedroom in a 5 bedroom house until the end of the contract (27th of august) . The rent is £380 (reduced rent) per month with internet included and bills excluded. The house is in the Moulsecoomb area and it’s only a 7 minutes walk away from the University of Brighton and a 10 minutes bike ride away from the University of Sussex. The house has two bathrooms, one living room, and a well-furnished kitchen, and the internet is really fast! There is also a bus stop right in front of the house from which it only takes 20 minutes to reach the city center by bus.
