👨💻 I am looking for someone to take over my room in a 5 bed, 1 bathroom student house. Uni is a 30 minutes walk away and so is the Old Steine with a bus station just outside the house for the 49.
☀️ Aside from the room, the flat is nice and sunny with one bathroom and kitchen. It has a nice spacious living room and a large garden.
💸 Rent: £455 PCM (Bills have not been sorted out yet but should be cheap as we're paying the provider directly) WiFi £7.8 PCM
All rent for February has been covered, and the tenancy ends on September the 2nd 2021.
