A little about us... our loves include playing guitar/piano, crafts, hiking, homegrown-veg, climbing, football, sharing good food, guitar-sprinkled nights in with friends, live music, evenings at the allotment, days spent in community agriculture projects, occasional late gatherings...

LGBT friendly, everything friendly really. Particularly on the lookout for someone with green fingers as we have a garden ready to plant whatever you like, and/or folks up for the occasional jam.

PS we are trying to remain a vegan household bar eggs and butter!

---Location---

10 mins walk to Falmer train station, 3 mins to BACA bus stop (23/25/28), 10 mins to Sussex/Brighton university. 15-20 mins cycle/bus to Brighton centre.

5 mins walk to Stanmer park, which opens right out onto the downs. Great for nature lovers - we love an occasional walk over the downs to Lewes.

All furniture you see in the photos of your room is included. We can leave the TV in your room too if you want.

Good shower, well insulated so stays warm during the winter, washing machine/dryer, plenty of fridge/freezer space.

FTTP broadband, the fastest you can get in the country.

We have space for your bike if you have one.
