Nature/Music/Food-Lovers, Join A Fam 4 The Summer!

Hiya :) looking for one more person to join our new family over the summer, until aug/September/October!

Really want this place to keep being somewhere that feels like home, and excited to meet new people who want that too! We're a house who see how mad modern society is, and are cultivating an oasis of care, creativity, community, sustainable living, and play.

A little about us... our loves include playing guitar/piano, hiking, growing, climbing, football, sharing good food, nights in with friends, live music, evenings at the allotment, days spent in community agriculture projects... we're all involved in cultivating a more care-oriented society in some ways, from bringing more people power to our crisis-ridden democracies, to cultivating community around food, to reimaginging technology to help build a better world :)

LGBT friendly, 420 friendly, everything friendly really. Guitar-sprinkled evenings in, communal cooking, homegrown veg, hikes, and occasional late gatherings have been a mainstay of the house over the last decade. Particularly on the lookout for someone with green fingers as we have a garden ready to plant whatever you like, and/or folks up for the occasional jam.

---Location---

10 mins walk to Falmer train station, 3 mins to BACA bus stop (23/25/28), 10 mins to Sussex/Brighton university. 15-20 mins cycle/bus to Brighton centre.

5 mins walk to Stanmer park, which opens right out onto the downs. Great for nature lovers - we love an occasional walk over the downs to Lewes.

All furniture you see in the photos of your room is included. We can leave the TV in your room too if you want.

Good shower, well insulated so stays warm during the winter, washing machine/dryer, plenty of fridge/freezer space.

FTTP broadband, the fastest you can get in the country.

We have space for your bike if you have one.
