looking for one or two people to join our cute lil fam :)

Really want this place to keep being somewhere that feels like a home, and excited to meet new people who want that too! We're a house who are calling in a more caring and sustainable society, and want our home to be an oasis for creativity, community, play, and conscious communication/action.

A little about us... our loves include playing guitar/piano, hiking, growing, climbing, football, sharing good food, nights in with friends, live music, evenings at the allotment, days spent in community agriculture projects... we're all involved in cultivating a more care-oriented society in some ways, from bringing more people power to our societies, to cultivating community around food :)

LGBT friendly, 420 friendly, everything friendly really. Guitar-sprinkled evenings in, communal cooking, homegrown veg, hikes, and occasional late gatherings have been a mainstay of the house over the last decade. Particularly on the lookout for someone with green fingers as we have a garden ready to plant whatever you like, and/or folks up for the occasional jam.

---Location---

10 mins walk to Falmer train station, 3 mins to BACA bus stop (23/25/28), 10 mins to Sussex/Brighton university. 15-20 mins cycle/bus to Brighton centre.

5 mins walk to Stanmer park, which opens right out onto the downs. Great for nature lovers - we love an occasional walk over the downs to Lewes.

All furniture you see in the photos of your room is included. We can leave the TV in your room too if you want.

Good shower, well insulated so stays warm during the winter, washing machine/dryer, plenty of fridge/freezer space.

FTTP broadband, the fastest you can get in the country.

We have space for your bike if you have one.
