1 Bedroom in Moulsecoomb area

My housemate and I need to find someone for the 3rd room in our flat as soon as possible.
The room is available immediately and the term of tenancy is fully flexible.
Students only if possible.

The currently available room is a decent size, prefurnished with a double bed. Please note, the bed in the picture isn’t the exact bed, it’s being switched out for a different double bed.

We live along Thorndean road, which is fantastic for proximity to the moulsecoomb train station and uni of Brighton campus.

The rent is £550 ppm and bills are all handled by me. They usually come to around £70 ppm.
