Student Room in Moulsecoomb

Hi,

One of flatmate that was going to live with us, has pulled out. We are 3 women: two British and one Portuguses/Brit, we don't all know each yet, so it won't be too awkward. Two of us are going into PGCE's, to become teacher's so we need someone that won't be a partier.

The room being advertised is a single bed in the upstairs floor of the house, the 3 double rooms are taken. We have 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and living room shared between us. We all go to either Sussex or Brighton university and are looking for another student.

The damage deposit will need to be paid, as well as first months rent (£715).

We don't have photos yet, but there is a video of the whole property, the single bedroom has pink/purple sheet on it (3rd one in the video). I can’t post it but I can send it to you in message.
