Subletting cosy room near Falmer station until Jan

Hey! I’m about to leave my beloved room from end of October to mid-January, as I’m doing an internship in Thailand. I’m looking for someone wholesome, friendly and clean to replace me for those 2.5 months—to keep the lovely household dynamic going and enjoy my room while I’m gone.

We’re a 10 minute walk from Falmer station, 15 minutes from the University of Sussex, a 10 minute train to Brighton and just over an hour to London. It’s super convenient yet still peaceful as we’re in a residential area, and my room overlooks the garden.

As you can see I’ve already decorated the place, but I can empty wardrobes and drawers wherever necessary! There is a desk (and monitor if you have a HDMI cable), as well as a futon which makes it perfect for any work/study/relaxing situation.

My housemates are a joyful bunch who enjoy music, community-based events, growing/foraging, cooking and giggling. The household is mostly veggie/vegan (I eat meat sometimes but generally keep it out of the house). So, whoever is interested must be someone we can trust and get along with—please feel free to include some info about yourself in your messages.
