Hi, I’m looking for a student to take over my sons tenancy at his current house located on The Avenue, Moulsecoomb, a very short distance from the Moulsecoomb Campus (he is a student at Waterbear and has simple bus journey to Brighton)
The house is a really nice 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom 2 Toilets property you will be sharing with 3 other tenants (all music students). The bedroom is on the larger side compared to other uni houses I have personally seen and comes with a sturdy desk, a comfortable double bed, a bedside table with storage and a very spacious wardrobe.
The kitchen has washer too and There’s also a spacious back garden and a private driveway with current space for a couple of cars.
The landlord is lovely with very quick replies and solves any issues extremely quickly.
The rent is £615.25 a month per person. The tenancy term begins from the 28th August 2024 and ends on the 25th August 2025 with the first few months already payed by me.
Bills are separate and payed to fused bills £99.42 per person once a month, which is a package including unlimited energy, water and super fast broadband.
There is a bus stop 5 minutes from the house, which takes you all the way to Brighton city centre. Also a short walk to a bus stop with many bus services going all around Brighton
