With great transport links via bus and train to town centre . Close to universities and other facilities. There are buses to the marina and the hospital.

There’s a gym opposite about 5 min walk . The South Downs is walking distance.

I work away sometimes and am looking for someone who wants a quiet place . It’s a gated complex with lots of communal space/ garden . There is a balcony but no patio or garden ( this is communal ).

The place is furnished. The room will be empty. However I shall furnish if you are a student.
