We are a friendly, sociable group of 5 mature students aged 23-29, looking for a lovely 6th. All gals and gays. We would love to find someone who’s a good fit. We are all very tidy and respectful. Expect craft nights, board games, wine chats and the occasional night out if you’re game.
The house is a 6 bedroom house. The room available is the only bedroom on the top floor (so you would have the floor to yourself alongside the communal bathroom). The room is spacious and has two windows. There are two bathrooms, the top one has a lovely bath and skylights. The communal space is made of a joined kitchen and living room with a TV and various consoles. We also have very good internet!
We are looking for a student who is able to provide a guarantor. We are hoping for an immediate move in, however if you are looking for the next month or so, please do still get in touch.
