Looking for a girl to take over my tenancy on Lewes Road in a house with five other girls from feb/march til the tenancy ends mid August!
Fantastic location uni of Brighton students, as directly opposite the campus and gym and station!
Rent is £606.66 pm plus £88 pm bills. We have a dryer, 1 bathroom plus toilet room, big lounge with gorgeous leather sofas, and kitchen combined, plus a big garden.
House is an amazing spot - right by the uni gym, aldi, sainsburies, train station, Moulsecoomb campus!
Room available is on the ground floor by the kitchen and back door, and has a large window - other four rooms are upstairs so you get a bit of space! Housemates are very friendly and tidy.
Also the room has a ton of storage and is very cozy with a double bed.
