Double Room to Rent

I have a double room to rent in a gorgeous 6-bed house in Moulsecoomb that, unfortunately, I have to move out of so that I am closer to my work.

The house is spacious and has a brand new kitchen with a dining area and 2 bathrooms, one of which has been newly renovated, alongside a separate living area. There is also a large garden which would be perfect to relax in the sunnier months coming.

The bedroom itself has hardwood floors and comes entirely furnished, including a bed, wardrobe, shelving unit, desk and bedside table. The room is upstairs and front-facing which has a lovely amount of light during the day.

The current housemates are all lovely, friendly people who enjoy socialising and the occasional pub trip but also appreciate having some alone time now and again. We're all final year students at the University of Sussex, which is only a 15-minute walk away! Falmer station is also very close, only being a 10-min walk and bus routes run often, with the 49 just outside the house and the 25, 23 and 29 all only 5 mins away.

This room is only available for students, which means there is no council tax to pay. Rent is £606.67 a month with bills coming to about £75. A guarantor and references would be required for the agency, and the security deposit is £700.
