King size double bed, large bathroom, plenty of space within the room, toilet & shower, built in oven/microwave, easy to use electrical cooker/heater, plenty of draws for appliances in kitchen area, large window, absolutely enormous desk space with plenty of draws, multiple plug outlets, multiple lights and switches all around the room, LED lights, all kitchen appliances, air fryer, cutlery, glasses, mugs, fridge, freezer, two sinks, XL built-in wardrobe. What more do you need for your spring/summer term as a university student? Slap-bang in the centre of UoB's Moulsecoomb Campus, quite literally opposite Elm House for business/finance/law/economics students, opposite the Student Union bar for dirt cheap drinks, multiple bus stops all along Lewes Road, walkable distance to Brighton Centre/Churchill Square, opposite UoB's Mithrass Halls, Mithras House for lectures/seminars is extremely nearby, just a 3-5 minute walk across the road, Watts Building - 2 minute walk, Cockroft Building - 3 minute walk (just behind Watts Building). Also, for student living and prices, Aldi is a 5 minute walk down the road, along with Costa Coffee as well.
