Hi!

I'm looking for someone (ideally another student) to fill a space in a 3-bed flat in Moulsecommb from July 13th 2025 to July 12th 2026.

Rent: £520 pppcm
Deposit: 2 months rent to be paid on signing of contract direct to the landlord
Bills: around £80 pppcm (depending on electricity usage)
Accessibility: the flat is on the first floor and at the top of the hill on Bates Estate.
Transport Links: 5 min walk to bus stop on Lewes Road and 10 min walk to Moulsecommb Train Station.
Vibes: very chill and quiet, though you may occasionally hear me playing music or dnd from my room.

In September I'll be doing a masters and the other tenant will be continuing his teaching degree, so another student would be ideal as Council Tax is £120 a month (Band A).

Note:
Flat is fully furnished.
There is no tumbledryer, but there are communal clotheslines behind the building.
Being a former council flat, the hot water runs off an immersion heater and there isn't any central heating.
That being said, I've been renting here for 3 years so far and have never found it an issue.
