Outside: on-street parking is permit holders only 10-11am and 5-6pm. To be honest you can get away without a permit if you move it/keep an eye on it in those hours, or you can insure your car to this address and purchase a permit through the council website. There is a washing line in the garden to dry clothes outside.
Admin: this property is in council tax band C, and your council tax will be included in your rent. If you are a student then rent will be reduced to £680 to reflect council tax exemption. All bills and broadband are included. This house is 5 minutes walk from Moulsecoomb train station and Brighton University campus, and has loads of buses running from the Coombe Road/Brighton University bus stops. It is 5 minutes walk from Brighton University gym, 10 minutes from Aldi, 15 minutes from Sainsbury's! Royal Sussex County Hospital is an 8-minute drive and accessible by bus.
