A lovely double room available in Moulsecoomb, with shared kitchen, living and dining rooms. It's a well-maintained, homely 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom house. I'm 25, a postgrad medical student who has lived here for 7 years, looking for someone to fill the double room.

Downstairs: TV, washing machine, dryer, and front and back gardens. Kitchen with gas stove, oven, kettle, microwave, grill, coffee machine and milk frother. I will allocate you a few cupboards to store your things in.

Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 x double, 1 x single room currently unoccupied). The bedroom has a wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers and a small bookshelf, with coat hooks on the door.

Outside: on-street parking is permit holders only 10-11am and 5-6pm. To be honest you can get away without a permit if you move it/keep an eye on it in those hours, or you can insure your car to this address and purchase a permit through the council website. There is a washing line in the garden to dry clothes outside.

Admin: this property is in council tax band C, and your council tax will be included in your rent. If you are a student then rent will be reduced to £680 to reflect council tax exemption. All bills and broadband are included. This house is 5 minutes walk from Moulsecoomb train station and Brighton University campus, and has loads of buses running from the Coombe Road/Brighton University bus stops. It is 5 minutes walk from Brighton University gym, 10 minutes from Aldi, 15 minutes from Sainsbury's! Royal Sussex County Hospital is an 8-minute drive and accessible by bus.

Please note this is a pretty quiet household, with no loud late nights/parties. I have a good relationship with my neighbours, so just want to be mindful of noise! It's-well suited for someone with a similar lifestyle/professionals, though I am open to students.
I do like to keep the house clean, so this is ideal for someone who will contribute to maintaining the communal areas and will clean up after themselves.
