Looking for 1 housemate to fill our tenancy of 4 people in Moulsecoomb. Nice spacious house, for 2025/26.
We will be doing bills (Gas, Elec, Wifi, Water) separately, to make it cheaper. We are hopefully moving into this property.
Need to be able to sign tenancy agreement in the next week, due to our 4th having to commute.
Need to be able to socialise, as we are very sociable, but will definitely give you your space. We are a fan of rotas (eg bins and specific cleaning areas to keep things tidy!)
