Hey everyone! Unfortunately, due to unexpected circumstances, we’ve lost one of our housemates we are all girls and are now looking for a 4th tenant ( all in brighton uni and in 2nd and 3rd year students) pto join our lovely house of three girls 💫
🛏️ The available room is a double bed, friendly house located in the East Moulsecoomb area right near falmer, approx 10 min walk to falmer station. Great for university Brighton Falmer campus or Sussex campus.
💸 Rent is approximately £620 per month (bills not included). Bills includes £30 extra per week but still in discussion.

The deposit (incl: damage deposit, holding and first months rent) : £1,334.25

📅 Move-in date is late July/ early August
