I am looking for someone to move into my lovely spare room in BN2. My house has a spacious kitchen and living area, which you are welcome to use. I also have a sunny garden and a friendly cat.

Furnished bedroom with a garden view, a double bed, desk and wardrobe, we can rearrange if you have things you'd like to bring.
Short walk to bus stop and local shops on Lewes Road and plenty of parking on the road (zone U). 35 mins walk into Central Brighton.
I work from home, enjoy various hobbies, cooking food with friends, practical projects and good conversation.
Looking for someone who is friendly, independent, clean and tidy and interested in sharing an occasional meal together or a morning cuppa before work.
Short or Long term available £625/month excluding bills. (I can make this a fixed rate if it’s easier)
