I’m a 29 year old male. This is my two bedroom flat in Moulsecoomb, Brighton. Its got great public transport links being on Lewes Road. Its a 10 minute walk to Moulsecoomb train station and a 25 minute walk to the seafront. There’s a large Aldi and B&Q next door. Your room is a spacious double with its own private bathroom.
I’m currently in training for my next job role so I’ll be home most of the time and can be as sociable as you want to be. I’m a great cook of oriental food so you’ll likely get a whiff of something fresh quite often.
This is my own home I’ll be sharing so I ask that you’ll also be as respectful of my space as I’ll be towards you. Visitors and overnight stays can be arranged after prior agreements but no house parties.
