Single room in 3 bed house, Moulsecoomb

Hi! We've got a spare single room available in our 3-bedroom house in Moulsecoomb, 2 girls living there already. I have lived here for 7 years, we're both postgraduate students (medical/PhD), looking for someone friendly to join our house.

Downstairs: TV, washing machine, dryer, and front and back gardens. Kitchen with gas stove, oven, kettle, microwave, grill.

Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 x double, 1 x single). The bedroom has a single bed, desk, tallboy and chair.

Outside: on-street parking is permit holders only 10-11am and 5-6pm. To be honest you can get away without a permit if you move it/keep an eye on it in those hours, or you can insure your car to this address and purchase a permit through the council website. Back garden with laundry drying rack available.

Bills and broadband included. Council tax excluded.

Please note this is a pretty quiet household, with no loud late nights/parties. I have a good relationship with my neighbours, so just want to be mindful of noise! It's-well suited for someone with a similar lifestyle/professionals, though I am open to students.
This house is kept very clean, so this is ideal for someone who will contribute to maintaining the communal areas and will clean up after themselves.
