Classic Room for students

We are urgently seeking someone to move in as soon as possible. If you move in during the week commencing 15 December, you will receive two weeks’ rent completely free. This offer is strictly limited to this week only and will not be extended.

Each room includes a cosy bed, a dedicated study desk with a comfortable chair, and ample storage for your belongings. Residents also benefit from access to a fully equipped shared kitchen with all essential appliances, along with clean and convenient shared bathrooms—providing a practical and welcoming environment for both studying and relaxing.

Located in the heart of Moulsecoomb, this accommodation is ideal for University of Brighton students, just a 2-minute walk to campus and 1 minute from the train station, making commuting and city travel effortless.

All bills are included for stress-free living, and a friendly on-site reception team is available Monday to Friday (09:00–17:00) to assist with any queries.
