Tenancy takeover November.

IQ Brighton two bedroom apartment, private student accommodation. I urgently need someone to take over my room as I’m moving back to my home country. My roommate is a girl and I absolutely enjoyed living in this space for as long as I could. You get the advantage of a studio but way less lonely. The room has: A mirror, a desk, wardrobe, under bed storage, double bed, shelves and hooks. The Private accommodation has: a cinema room, a gym, laundry facilities, social areas, study spaces, pool/ping pong table and they give off free tea, coffee and occasional snacks. I am moving out early November and urgently need someone to take over my room. They accept installment payments and International guarantors. There is a bus stops right in front of the accommodation and an ALDI. Staff is extremely friendly and very responsive
12 minute bus to University of Sussex and University of Brighton is right across.

Rent is £236 per week and move out date is 13/06/2026, all bills are included. Wifi, water, electricity and heater.
