Situated nicely between the city centre and University of Sussex campus, as well as a short walk to University of Brighton Moulsecoomb campus. Bus routes situated less than two minutes away, with local convenience shops also available within a short walking distance.

The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe space, chest of drawers and a desk. Room can be moved around easily. Curtain is available to put up on the rail as well. TV and other furnishings outside of those specified above aren’t included.

Housemates are all undergrads but full-time postgrad students are also welcome. Friendly household with living area, kitchen, two shared bathrooms and a large outdoor garden to the rear of the house.

Rent is £591 per month, with bills totalling an additional £99 per month.
