3 month room to lodge in queer house

We are looking for a lodger at our housing co-op in Moulsecoomb.

The room is available from approx early December to end of February.

Rent is £430, bills £75.

A bit about us and what we’re looking for in a housemate:
- We’re a house of 4 humans and a fluff ball cat, looking for a 5th 23+ human.
- Due to the resident fluff ball, unfortunately we can’t have other pets.
- We’re all queer and most of us are trans/nb, so we’re looking for someone who’s also queer or a strong ally
- We’re all various flavours of lefty, mostly socialists and anarchists.
- It’s a very chill house, we’re not party animals, at least not in the house. But we do like to hang out as a house sometimes, and using the house for socialising is welcome as long as it’s not til late or too rowdy. One of us will be throwing a New Years Eve Party and also will be having people over for Christmas for anyone with nowhere to go.
- We try to be considerate of our noise levels between 11pm and 10am.
- Most of us don’t drink or are sober, so aren’t comfortable with heavy drinking in the house.
- We don’t smoke in the house, but have a nice garden to smoke in.
- Covid aware and responsible
- Comfortable talking about how they are
- Communal living - sharing, honesty, communicating their feelings and needs
- Able/willing to work through conflict e. g. talk about irks
- Understanding and considerate of others
- Happy to be vegan/veggie in the house
