Hi I’m looking for a tenant to takeover from now to early September!! The room is in a student house on Colbourne Avenue in Moulsecoomb. My room is located on the top floor with a lovely rooftop window and lots of space. I just need to find a replacement.

• 7 bedroom with 3 bathrooms and 1 kitchen
• All bills are included at £185ppw so £800ppm but im willing to accommodate your budget
• Communal cleaner, washer and dryer
• 5 minute walk to Brighton University and Moulsecoomb Station and a 10 minute walk to Aldi
• Renewal possible for next year
• UK‑based guarantor required
• Currently sharing with 4 girls and 2 boys who are all very friendly and outgoing.
