Bills already paid - Double Room

Double room available from any time from now until the 17th August 2026. I have already paid all of the bills for the rest of the tenancy and I am moving out because I am going travelling. Two other females live at the house and they are both very clean and easy to live with. The house is very spacious and already furnished and decorated. It is located an 8 minute walk from moulsecoomb train station and 1 minute from the nearest bus stop. There is a garden and parking, a cleaner and gardener are also included.
