I'm letting a room where I currently live, I'm going away for a month but would consider extending let until September if interested!

You would be sharing with two friendly humans, mature student girl and a professional 38 year old male.

We are very respectful of each other's peace and privacy and rather don't organise parties at home but you can access a lovely garden and use barbecue on request.

Driveway available.

Room has a massive adjustable desk.

Kitchen is equipped in washing mashine and tumble dryer, spacious fridge, oven, microwave.

There is a bath tub in the bathrom.

Line 49 at the doorstep, 20 minute ride to the seafront.
