Double room available in Moulescoomb, Brighton

Hey! We’re Esme, Thea and Laureen 😊

We’re looking for a girl to join us in a house of 4. We’re really close to securing it, just need the last flatmate. The room available is the 3rd one in the video.

We’re all in the field of education and are all in our twenties ! Two of us doing our PGCE at Uni of Brighton and Sussex, so we’ll mostly be out during the day at school placements, and one of us working as a TA in a primary school ! One of us is also a musician, but with our schedules the house should stay pretty calm overall.

We have 2 cats and a ferret, all very friendly and used to being around people, so you’d need to be okay with animals.

We’re easygoing and just looking for people who are respectful and nice to live with.

We’ve already chosen our rooms, so there is only one room left!

Rent would be 1800 between the four of us per month. Bills are not included in this price. The house is only a 3 min walk to Moulsecoomb station.
