The house consists of 3 bedrooms upstairs, a bathroom with spacious bathtub and an extra massive storage room (in the converted loft) with gorgeous sunset views.

GROUND FLOOR

On the ground floor there are two living rooms one of which can function as another bedroom or cinema room with a very comfortable, foldable double wooden bed built into the wall.
When the bed is folded this room can make a perfect spacious dining room.

On the ground floor there is also another bathroom with a comfortable bathtub and a big kitchen. and a fully equipped spacious kitchen facing big terrace facilitating perfect BBQ option.

Individual rooms are not available separately.
The entire house can be rented to a family or to a couple (two individuals) only.

The bus stop is literally at the doorstep, making it super convenient for commuting and shopping.

Bus 49 takes you directly to:
~20 min → Open Market
~25 min → Churchill Square
~10 min → big ALDI & Sainsbury’s (or ~20 min walk)
