Single bedroom in the Moulsecoomb area available!

This is a single bedroom in a 5 bedroom house located on The Avenue in Mouslecoombe. The house is VERY close to the Brighton University Mouslecoombe campus and Mouslecoombe station so access to all Brighton and Sussex Campus' is easy. There is a kitchen with a microwave, cooker, television, lounge, sofas, kettle etc. Ideally I need someone to take this room from June 24th through to September 24th 2014, so if you're doing a course throughout the summer at any of the universities, this is ideal!. The monthly cost is £378. 00 per month which includes ALL bills. In the house there are 3 girls and 1 boy. All 3 girls go to Brighton and the boy goes to Sussex.
