Single furnished room in a 4 bed house

Single room available from September. We need to find someone ASAP! Currently 2 girls and 1 guy in the house, preferably looking for another guy. As of September we will be second years. Good house with nice sized kitchen, bathroom, relatively big garden and a communal space in the loft. The single room is furnished with a desk, chair and bed. It has recently been painted and carpeted. Rent is £400/month excluding bills. 5/10 minute walk from Mouslecoomb campus and easy bus access to Falmer and Brighton town centre. Also there is a shop literally 2 minutes down the road.
