- Close to upstairs kitchen (shared between 2)
- Close to large upstairs shower room (shared between 2)
- Fast Wifi

Perks of the area:
- Nearest bus stop into Brighton/Eastbourne at the end of the road (10 second walk)
- 7 minutes walk from the train station with links to London/Lewes/Brighton
- 3 minute walk to a golf course and gym
- 3 minute walk into town and short walk to the marina

Due to a few reasons we don’t allow guests to stay over.
