It's a cosy 50 foot yacht with wood burner, wet room and lots of character. Boat life is different but a wonderful way to live. Reasonable bills and super safe gated community. If you like a peaceful life with super easy transport links (5 mins from town and buses to Brighton and Eastbourne. Train station 10 minute walk.) then this might be for you.
I live two boats away so here to help but not to be a nosy neighbour!
Would consider a well behaved pet!
