It is also few minutes walk to health centre/ swimming pool, cafe and supermarket. Currently the owner is working from home he is an architect hence the house is very well maintain. The other tenant is around mid 40 working full time in Brighton. The smaller room is on the top floor, the bigger room is on the 1st floor with garden.
