Newhaven is an ideal location for a student or professional. The train station is a 5 minute walk with direct links to Brighton and Lewes where you can get trains to London Victoria and London Bridge within an hour. The closest bus stop is less than a minutes walk, where the very regular express bus service runs along the coast to all the seaside towns between Brighton and Eastbourne with beautiful views of the sea.

Walks including the downs, Cuckmere Haven, the Seven Sisters as well as our local beach Tide Mills are all very close by. There is also a cycle route/track from Seaford through Newhaven to Brighton.

Newhaven is also the port for the Newhaven-Dieppe Ferry service that offers regular travel to France.

This property has a D EPC rating but the recent installation of solar pv/ thermal panels and secondary glazing will have improved this.
