Selfcontained quirkytiny house cabin on houseboat!

6 Month let available onboard my houseship!
Although it says I want a housemate, I actually live in the main part of the boat next door so you will have your own place.
25 mins drive from Brighton, the cabin is on a private mooring within a secure working boatyard. There is free parking outside the boatyard gates. It is a 10 minute walk to the train station and 5 minutes to the bus stop with links to Brighton, Lewes, Eastbourne, London and beyond.
The mooring is really private with communal terrace areas to sit outside, in the garden or on deck.
The cabin is cosy. It is all about the tiny house vibes so although it isn’t a large space, it is well equipped for all your needs including fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and plug in frying pan. It has an en suite bathroom with bath, power shower and electric toilet. The bed is a small double so I am looking for a single person to rent. Obviously partners allowed to visit but it is too small for sharers. There is however a little offshot room that has a built in longe chair doubles up as a single bed if a friend/child wants to stay over.
There is a decent sized wardrobe, a wall mounted tv and a lovely armchair. It has central heating. There is WiFi but it isn’t always great as it’s a boat but having said that, I have had no complaints. It’s lovely and best of all, it’s all yours.
I have another tenant in the cabin downstairs. He loves it here and has been here over 4 years. It’s really chilled, not big party boat but have a few drinks here every now and again.
This is my Airbnb cabin so the tenancy is only available from September 29th 2024 until March 29th 2025.
