2 Joint Rooms available, Bills Included

The rooms themselves are a pair of joint rooms, they were a single bedroom at one point but have had a dividing wall installed by a previous owner. As such I am renting them out as a joint room, free to use one as a bedroom and the other as a study lounge or whatever you like. Currently unfurnished but I am able to add some basic furniture if needed.

Just a 15 min walk to the Newhaven train station and shops. Quiet secluded area with on street parking available if needed. Photos will be posted soon. Message me if you have any questions about either myself or the room/house.
