Double bedroom in Newhaven

Hi, I am looking for someone to rent out my spare room. The room is a large double bedroom. I work for the emergency services, meaning I work shifts and may not be around all the time. The house is spacious with a kitchen, downstairs toilet and living area with garden access. If you are allergic to pets/ don’t like dogs this may not be the room for you. I do have a small pug called pepper who is very loving and may require a little fuss every now and then. If you have any questions feel free to drop me a message and I would be happy to answer.
