We are self employed live in landlord couple, Corrina works as a full time seamstress from home and we are looking for a working and respectful housemate who has a considerate attitude towards ourselves. You will have to have a mature and independent nature.
All bills included Broadband, Heating, electric, water & council tax
Initially we would like to rent the room for a month [probation period] and if we are a good fit after that -3- 6 months

The upstairs double room at the back of the house has been beautifully refurbished with tasteful decoration. .

It is fully furnished to a high standard with bedside cabinet, chair, large chest of drawers, lots of shelving space and hanging rail for clothes, countertop under window & a double bed.

Personal fridge on landing, microwave toaster & kettle . There are plenty of electric sockets & WiFi

FACILITIES
Garden accessible from back of house for bike storage if required
Large Shared bathroom with shower & bath and large chest of drawers storage for your toiletries & towels etc
Cups, crockery and cutlery are provided., shelf storage on the landing for tea/ coffee etc . & your personal fridge is also there, your washing up will be done for you daily, we will wash your sheets once a week and the hoover is available to use. . Extra washing/drying clothes & evening meals can be arranged.

LOCATION
The room is within a Victorian terraced house in Newhaven. It is a short walk to Newhaven Town station with regular trains to Lewes/Falmer/Brighton/Seaford, with connections on to London. A bus stop at the end of the road takes you on the coastal route to Brighton or Eastbourne.
Newhaven Ferry to Dieppe is 8 minutes walk away
The house is ten minutes walk from Newhaven Marina and a beautiful river walk to quiet, undisturbed beaches. Also within easy walking distance of shops, supermarkets and Cafes.
