Hello! My name's Charlie. I'm a 30-year-old teacher who enjoys a laid-back and friendly home environment. I’m into lots of sport, meditation, yoga, hiking, surfing, traveling, and festivals. I’d love to create a space with some communal aspects like shared meals, but I also value independence and alone time.

I'm looking for two people to share my detached 3-bedroom house with stunning sea views, located in between Newhaven and Peacehaven. The house has a large terrace, a garden, and parking spaces. It is modern and recently furnished. There’s also a bus into Brighton (30 mins, in car 20 mins), with a stop just 5 minutes walk away. Newhaven Town station is also a 20 minute walk.

This could suit a buddy-up for both rooms or just individuals. Ideally it would be professionals aged 20-40, but I will also consider students. Ideally you'd be wanting to make this your home, not just a house!

These rooms would maybe suit someone who works/studies out of the house some of the time, but I’m open to anyone who fits well in the home
