Flat Mate Needed

hey, i have a double bedroom located by newhaven station available in my flat. currently my office space (see pictures)

£600 including bills. spacious open plan, 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms in total. spacious storage cupboard available and balcony area with nice views. i’m often in during the day as i work from home 4 days a week and share custody of my border terrier! (liking animals is essential) but i’m out being sociable on weekends and evenings! looking for somebody who works out of the house but not bothered if you’re a homebody in your free time. i mostly keep to myself but open to a few drinks if wanted! :)
