Double room to rent short term

This room is a double room which is on the lower ground floor . It did have a window .You can use the kitchen and bathroom and please be considerate as I, the landlord, live here and the room has been rented for the last two years with no issues . It’s warm and comfy but has a low ceiling . The broadband is excellent. The house has a downstairs toilet and I have all the amenities. Washing machine and fridge etc
