Cabin in garden available

My gorgeous riverside garden cabin on the mooring of my houseboat is available to rent. It has a super comfy double bed, en suite shower room, kitchenette with fridge freezer, induction hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave. Electric heating. Smart tv/wifi too. Sofa area and separate room that is actually a vocal room as it’s going to be a studio but is perfect for clothing etc.
You won’t have a flatmate but there are tenants living on my boats.
Bills £100 per month.
