A lovely spacious and light double room with stripped floor, new, comfortable double bed, and big bay window. House is on 3 floors with kitchen and bathroom in basement looking out to a well kept garden. I am 15 mins walk from the beach and 5 mins from station and buses to Brighton and Lewes. Shops close by. I have a lovely and friendly cat. House would suit quiet person who works full time. I work at home so need quiet and space during daytime.
