I have strict rules concerning no smoking/alcohol/drugs/pets, also I don’t allow male visitors unless family etc (this is to protect my daughters as you will appreciate)
I am looking for two lodgers who are reliable and whom I can trust as I am often away on various trips etc.
I am looking for either mature students or working professional only.
One room is available immediately with the other being available from the 2nd Sept.
